Everyone needs a little R&R with a face mask and wine. Even when your life is in shambles, a face mask will make you feel better. Since everyone's skin is different, what works for others right not work for you. And that's ok. But, you can never go wrong with all natural and fresh ingredients.

For those who are unfamiliar with the brand, Lush Cosmetics focuses on fresh ingredients for all of their products. Everything is handmade from fresh and organic natural fruits, vegetables, and essential oils. When I say fresh, I literally mean fresh.

It’s time to get that clear skin ladies (and gents).

1. Cup o’ Coffee

Yes, it smells as good as it sounds. I will recommend this for the rest of my life. The ground coffee in the mask acts as a gentle scrub to buff away dryness. Cup o’ Coffee does an amazing job exfoliating your skin. If there’s anything I love as much as face masks it’s coffee, so this was a no-brainer for me.

How to use: Smooth mask all over your skin. Leave on for 15 minutes then rinse off with warm water, massaging as you go.

2. Mask of Magnaminty

I was in the mood to switch things up and stumbled upon Mask of Magnaminty. This mask will intensely clean your face but is never harsh on your skin. The two main ingredients, kaolin clay and peppermint oil, work together to clear up those pores.

How to use: Smooth mask all over your skin. Leave on for 15 minutes then rinse off with warm water, massaging as you go.

3. Birth of Venus

If you want to channel your inner goddess, then this mask is for you. This mask has a different consistency than the first two. It’s a lightweight, moisturizing jelly mask that has a very calming scent. It really is just so soothing on the skin. Don’t be intimidated by the jelly; the results are amazing.

How to use: Pinch off some jelly, work between dry hands to form a paste and apply on the skin. Leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse clean.

Lush It Up

When it comes to my skincare routine, I’m extremely cautious about what I put on my face. I can honestly say that I have nothing bad to say about any Lush products. Just to reiterate, what works for some people might not work for others. Check out your nearest Lush store and see what products work best for you.
