Ivana Fichera is an advertising and public relations professional. She has experience in social media content creation, community relations, campaigns, and event planning. Ivana currently is interning with Riddle & Bloom Marketing as a campus manager for Amazon Prime Student. Ivana grew up in a very fast-paced environment. She grew up in Philadelphia commuting to a private prep school for high school in New Jersey. She played a varsity sport and worked remote when she could for her family business after school. Ivana always was kept busing. During her high school time, she was also dealing with other family issues that created problems for her during the most crucial time of coming into adult-hood. This really pushed her occasional anxiety to become stronger. Ivana then coming into college, keeping again a busy schedule being involved in a sorority on campus, working, maintaining an internship while being a full-time student never had the time to relax. One of her professors suggested her to test out CBD gummies one day after class. Ever since then she felt that CBD has really helped her be able to put her racing mind to rest. Ivana created her blog about CBD because she really wanted to promote how CBD has been popping up all over the country and how strongly she feels about people trying it out. With all the new marijuana laws changing all over the country, Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of the natural ingredients in the plant that doesn’t give you the “high,” but allows you to calm down. Ivana drinks CBD tea in the morning to make sure she starts her day on the right foot and has an easy morning. CBD comes in all different forms that you can try out. Not even is a fan of “smoking” so she suggests testing out the oils, teas, and gummies. On top of using CBD, Ivana takes yoga classes. She has tested out a yoga infused CBD class where you use CBD oil before class to increase your relaxation and practice. CBD may not be for everyone, but Ivana who has uses it for years wants to share what it has done for her and all the ways people can get into it!
