Full Send with your good friend CBD

Full send to me means that there is no looking back and that whatever you are going to do is your final decision. Full sending, again, is with the intent that whatever you are going to do you are doing without considering the consequences and how it might affect your future. In college, there has been multiple times that I had full sent.

Being a full-time student, working a part-time job, and having an internship might make you sometimes just “full send”. This doesn’t mean that every time I do something I don’t consider the consequences and the aftermath that might happen. It means that I just give 100% of my energy into everything I do without thinking twice because I just want to make things happen and get things done.

The blog I wrote about this semester was about lifestyle with a twist. I am a huge advocate of the latest natural remedy trend. CBD, which stands for cannabidiol is a compound found naturally in hemp plants. People use CBD for physical and mental wellness. CBD is not a psychoactive so it doesn’t give you that “high, buzzy effect” that is typically associated with marijuana.

I use CBD because I grew up trying to manage my occasional anxiety. I also had a hectic life so getting into the swing of things in college caused it to build up. I dealt with insomnia causing me to have restless nights since I couldn’t put my mind to rest.

Having occasional anxiety as a college student is common. Every now and then a student may feel overwhelmed trying to prepare for their future on top of balancing their school life and social life. I rely on CBD to be able to full send the best version of myself.

Students should test out CBD. Using CBD may be able to relax them and make them feel more confidence about doing things. Feeling confident is an important aspect to be able to full send. The anxiety that sometimes comes on when I full send myself makes me wonder and worry.

At night time, after I fully “send” myself, I like to take CBD gummies or drink CBD tea. A common mental struggle that myself and some of my friends who also use CBD to help ourselves deal with is late night thoughts. This is what triggers my insomnia. By drinking the tea or eating the gummies it pushes my body to rest itself. Sometimes I just need the extra natural remedy to feel better.

In the morning, to full send, I also will try to make myself a cup of the CBD tea. The best way to start your day in a good mindset is to drink the tea with some down time to collect your thoughts and plan your day out. The morning mindset is extremely important to keep your mood up the rest of the day. This way I know for sure that I can full send the best version of myself.
